I teach dynamic vinyasa flow yoga, which I slow down for more restorative or beginner classes, or add in challenges for power yoga and more advanced practitioners.
On top of my 200hr training with YogaLondon, I have completed an 85hr Pregnancy yoga teaching course with Sally Parkes, so I also teach Pre & Post natal yoga, as well as parent & baby. I also have 50hr Yin training with The Yoga People.
Corporate yoga classes are a great antidote for those who spend a lot of time at their desks. A typical office yoga class will lengthen and strengthen tired muscles and stretch out the entire body, whilst also promoting stress busting breathing techniques and relaxation. These yoga classes are suitable for first time yogis as well as the more experienced. Lots of variations and modifications will be offered and you'll leave the practise feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

I offer private classes which can be taken in the comfort of your own home at a convenient time for you. Private yoga sessions are a great way to work on specific goals or aims, as well as looking after any injuries or conditions you may be working with. Private yoga classes are personal and tailored to you, making sure you're getting everything you need from your practise.
