Wow! This is the first blog post of 2021 and what a start to year…. I don’t know about you, but these lockdowns are having a huge impact on my body.
So this year I want to dedicate at least 5 minutes a day to mindful movement and looking after this body. Usually I go on my daily walk, but lately the weather has been shocking in London so have been opting for more flowy and mobility focused practises.
Mobility in the morning is a great way to get your joints moving and hydrated for the day ahead, as well as shaking off any niggles or knots you may have developed from your night’s sleep. I always think, “some minutes are better than no minutes”, so even if you have 2 minutes to spare, take some inspiration from these mobility routines I have popped up on YouTube.
