At My Mindful Movement the majority of our yoga classes are beginner friendly. I really enjoy teaching beginner yoga classes as it always feels a bit special becoming someone’s first yoga teacher.
A great beginners yoga class will be at a speed that allows you to connect with your breathing, feel into the poses, whilst also gaining confidence with each beginners yoga class you take. The Monday live Zoom session is suitable for beginners and as this is a slower paced, more gentle class, first time and beginner yoga students are actively encouraged to join (don’t worry you don’t have to have your camera on in this yoga class if you don’t want to!).
