30min slow flow into some longer more releasing holds, concentrating on the lower back, hips and hamstrings. This lower body release is a great way to ease out physical stress, but also any emotional tension that may have built up also. If you have any lower back pain, this gentle and slow stretch may help with pain and tightness. I would encourage you to have a block, bolster or pillows to hand. This is a slower paced practise so suitable for beginners and those new to stretching.
