A 20min stretch for a deep release in the hips. We flow through poses that are designed to open and ease tension in the hips, groin and lower back area. We will hold poses for longer periods of time to allow for a deep release into the big ball and socket joints in the pelvis. This can be a calming and gentle practise, however some of the poses can be quite intense so been kind to yourself and adjust when you need to.
