Thursday – Sleepy Sessions

Day 4… Tonight in this sleepy class we start with gentle neck and shoulder rolls, we then move into some gentle shoulder stretches to release tightness and then gentle work into the groin and lower back with 1/2 frog pose on our bellies… I will leave to you fully relax and release in a supported childs pose in this one…. I hope you sleep well 💤
