Using massage balls (or tennis balls) we use myofasical release techniques to give ourself a full body massage. Using these techniques can release deeply held tension, improve and encourage recovery, whilst also creating a ‘window of opportunity’ to work more deeply into flexibilty.
We’ll be discussing why myofascial release is so beneficial, different techniques to try out and experiment with and finishing the session with deep relaxation ❤️
You will need 2 massage balls, that are the same size and firmness – Tennis balls work great too! A yoga block, a pillow and a comfortable surface to work on.
