We focus on strong plank poses and link them together with breath and movement.
First we warm up the wrists and shoulders to ensure we are prepped for some strong planks and ab work. I will go through a mini tutorial on how to get the best plank form and them we will flow from plank to side planks and different variations of planks that suit your body today. There will also be room to modify the flow and planks, so do not worry – this plank yoga flow is for everyone and anyone looking to build a solid core and abs.
