Body Awareness Flow

Sometimes when we flow we forget to actually feel our body and adapt poses to suit ourselves. Every time we step onto the mat, we show up to a different experience each time. This body awareness flow is designed to help us feel into our bodies, minds and energy levels, making this session a little more mindful. I invite you to practise this with the eye closed (if balance allows!) so you can really feel into the senses of the body.
