What’s included in the My Mindful Movement membership?
As a member you’ll gain access to the library of full-length and bitesize Mindful Movement classes, including series such as “Wake Up Well”, “Mindful Moments” and “Sleepy Sessions”. A new routine will be added every single week!
You will also have access to our weekly live Zoom class and monthly themed live Zoom class. A private Facebook community group for those who wish to join and meet other members and every month will be a giveaway prize to one lucky member.
The My Mindful Movement studio will continue to grow every month so you will always be getting new exciting ways to continue your movement and mindfulness journey.
What props do I need?
A comfortable surface and clothes that allow you to move freely. Other than that, you may wish to use a yoga mat, yoga blocks, strap and a bolster. You can use things you already have in your home however, like books, pillows and a belt.
How much does it cost?
The monthly membership is £20, or pay 6 months or Annually to save £££s. Your subscription will automatically renew and can cancel your membership at any time. You can pay via card or PayPal.
I am new to a Mindful Movement practise, is this suitable for me?
The beauty of a Mindful Movement practise is that is it very personal and you can’t ‘do it wrong’. Helen will always encourage you to find a movement or stretch that suits your body and we have labelled the beginner friendly classes.
We also have a 5 day Welcome Series to get you started and any questions can be asked in our private Facebook group so we can all help and inspire one another. You are MORE THAN welcome in this space.

Are live classes offered in the membership?
Hell yeah! We have a regular Unwind class on Monday evening 6-7pm GMT and a monthly extended live session. The date and time of the extended session will be shared by email and on the dashboard each month – The class will be recorded for those who can’t attend the live session.
Are classes suitable for Pregnancy and Post Natal people?
We do not advise you practise within the first trimester of your pregnancy, however we have a whole pregnancy friendly area for your end and 3rd trimesters. Before attending a live session, please inform us if you are pregnant so we can offer appropriate and safe options.
How do I reset my password?
Simply go to ‘My Account’ in the top right hand corner and click ‘Edit Profile’. At the bottom of that page you will then see a ‘Change Password’ button, click here to now change your password.
